I went to the new MGM Casino at National Harbor a couple weeks back. I went on the Sunday that time changed. I thought it would be a fun thing to do in the morning. Also with the change in time it wouldn't be all that crowded. That turned out to be the case but there were still people up playing the slots, black jack, poker even high stakes poker.
